FatFace has perfect response to 'booby bunting' jumper jibes
FatFace is to donate a percentage of sales of a jumper to a breast cancer awareness charity after its "booby bunting" design went viral.
Online shoppers were quick to point out the £56 Felicity Fair Isle jumper's pattern looked like something out of a Carry On film. One person described it as "bizarre" and added that "once you notice the row of breasts across the chest, you can't unsee it. Incredible."
“Did we make a bit of a boob? Say hello to the jumper everyone is talking about,” FatFace said in a LinkedIn post. “Whilst booby bunting wasn't quite the look our designers were going for, we're embracing it!”
“That's why we're grabbing life by the boobs and 10% from the sale of this jumper will be donated to breast cancer awareness charity, CoppaFeel! Grab your own here https://lnkd.in/dQ46yVv.”
